1. Tastes delicious.
2. I'm not a bacteria, I actually have stomach acids and enzymes that will decimate that in an hour.
3. McDonalds isn't as bad as people like to think. I eat there any chance I get. I'm 166cm tall (5' 5") and I weigh about 65Kg (143 pounds). Around 10% body fat.

People just have no control and shovel it into their face 3 times a day.

Your body fat isn't a good indication of your cholesterol and sodium levels, which are very present in McDonald's food.

You're right, but I do regular checkups with my doctor. The only thing out of balance in my body is my sugar, since I don't eat much of it.

Everything else is within normal levels.

Just because you're not fat dosn't mean it's "not as bad as people think"

There's many more things junk food can do..? Also you could just have a good metabolism.

The key is moderation.

Sure, I eat at McD's every time I can (it's considered expensive food in my country).

But throughout my day, I mostly eat white meat, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, oats, stuff like that. And I'm physically active.

But, if I were to eat fast food 3 times a day, like a lot of people do, I'd be fat as all hell, no matter how good my metabolism is.

thats the difference though. Anything in moderation is fine, also if you dont mind me asking how old are you? metabolism ill keep you fit for a while but later in life it wont and all the unhealthy food will stack up later in life. Im not preaching, since i occasionally eat sweets and maybe fast food once or twice a month, but im starting to eat clean. Im 20 now but i can see that my metabolism is still fast but not lightening fast

I'm 23.

What you said is true. Later in life your body slowly loses the ability to process food effectively. That's why I eat a lot of vegetables. Not a vegetarian though, that's just stupid.
