20 x 15 = 300
3 x 15 = 45
300 + 45 = 345.
Pretty simple. And I don't need all of that mess with the lines and it saves space on paper.

There's a reason you learn it in PRIMARY school: It teaches the BASICS of multiplication and how it happens.

Go use this method to do 19 * 77 and I'll call you if you have any fun.
