Well, I program a lot and like to develop software. But if you're emotionally wounded by something (and I mean far more than "baww breakup"), it can suck every ounce of motivation out of you to do anything, and sometimes, you need some emotional release to get that motivation back.

Sometimes it's good to just let it out. When my dog died I just cried, went on the feels channel, and cried some more. It felt good/
