Morgoth was the J.R.R. equivalent of of satan, he was a god, like tom bombodil, but turned against the other gods. Sauron was an angel under the main god who was corrupted by Morgoth

We don´t know if Tom Bombadil is one of the Maiar or even the Valar. I believe Tolkien stated Tom is standing "outside the cluster". And Tolkien never revealed what Tom actually is.

Also, I think Morgoth is more of an aquivalent to Luzifer...fallen angel wise and allthis stuff

I couldn't remember the name of the main god, so I just used tom bombadill, who some say was that main god

even though it's been said by his wife that J.R.R thought of himself as a hobbit (or she thought of him as a hobbit) i think tom is supposed to be Tolkein in the books.

Thats one of the theories, yes. And one of those I really like.

And even if he thought of himself as a hobbit, he still choose to be human in the end seeing that he called himself Beren on his Gravestone and his wife Luthien

Yep. The Tale of Luthien and Beren is my second favorite. Only the Children of Hurin is a better book.
