Not real. When it couldn't be realer.. I don't believe in actually loving/being in love with someone you've met online without ever being physically close to them, friendship, sure, love, nope. Real

I interpret your comment as my opinion on online relationships:
If I didn't meet that guy in person yet, then nothing more than friend talk is going on. I don't believe you love me if you've never seen me and talked to me in real. I won't be starting anything with someone I haven't talked to face to face.

Personal experience.

I'm married to the woman I met online, on a MMO (Mabinogi) almost five years ago. Moved in with her two years ago. Yeah, I'd say it's pretty real.

Yeah, if you meet them and the distance isnt major then sure, but for people whom have been in multiple "Relationships" online and has met none of these face to face (Not including Skype) then I don't think the "love" is real.

mostly agree, I had a relationship I was quite happy with for a time with someone I met over the internet (I refused to call it such until we had met, and after that point I visited regularly)
its hard to draw the line though, because before hand we did like each other without having met, but it just made sense not to call it love.

well, love is a chemical reaction in the brain, we can assume some physical stimulation is involved, but merely the thought of that person you are interested in could potentially be the stimuli, so why would this be outruled?

Yeah, I kind of like to laugh along at the alpha/beta things as though they are jokes, because I'd like to think people are smart enough that they can separate human male interactions into two categories based on confidence.

Just kidding. It makes me sad how many people actually believe that ****.

i view women as objects but i dont do the things you described.. :/

i convinced myself i shouldnt have a relationship because i am not fit for such a thing. Unlike other people, i would probably get annoyed easy by having an emotional companion in your face while your trying to internet. Also how would i support her, if i can barely get by supporting myself. Im a lazy cunt who has a room that looks like a tornado went through. Plus i dont ever get outside my house, so thats definitely a no.

I'm not really a total shutout anti-social, infact i can smoothly talk to guys at any time. But then the topic of girlfriends comes up, and nobody really has any experience.

nobody acts as a wingman, nobody connects eachother, set eachother up on blind dates, hand out numbers. basically it's a jungle, either that or i have terrible connections.

i'm really not the type of guy to date with now that i think about it, but you cant expect everyone to be the perfect date nomsayin?

i think i have a nice guy complex, but that doesnt even matter since i dont come in contact with any females whatsoever.

Get girls in your gang/group. Dont go adding random girls and chatting them up but like... I dono is there any girl lyou know and talk to (Not related to you preferably)

I mean if both of the people love each other then why the **** should anyone else care?

I remember coming on FJ when I was depressed awhile ago.
I was going through some really rough patches in my life I lost my dad and my grandfather within a week of each other so I came on here to forget about the problems I had.
I eventually started to talk to a bunch of people on the brony board about a year and a half ago. They were nicer than most of my friends in real life.
We all talked about problems we had. It really helped me.
I talked about suicide, but the board talked me out of it. Gave not just me but others a reason to live. One guy told me to take a walk whenever I needed to clear my mind and get away from it all.
I never felt better after that. I started to rethink everything and started to turn my life around.
If it wasn't for them I don't think I could've found my normal self again.
I slowly got back into my busy schedule off of the internet. Started a sport and got pretty good grades but I went half a year without coming on FJ due to this schedule.
When I came back online half of them deleted their accounts and the rest weren't on since I left.
Most haven't been on since then.
I don't know if they made new accounts or what
If you guys are out there than thank you
Thank you so much
