I have the same problem with vintage cars. It boggles my mind that vintage cars were as common as today's modern cars, and now it's rare to see one in person, let alone one that can even turn over anymore.

I've always had a hard time visualizing stuff from WWII in color, I always just figured everything was all dark and dreary and there was no sunlight because it was war so I never tried to remove the black and white in my mine
