This **** pisses me off, I am fat. I knowledge that, I own it but I am working to get rid of it. last year I lost 100 lbs, from eating less crappy stuff and working a lot. (I was a chef in a kitchen, I was constantly running around and stuff like that) recently I have hit a road bump and have joined a gym, my membership starts on Monday. I will actually work hard for the body free of most fat, not ******* act like what my body is now should be celebrated.

Stop glorifying fat damnit!

Sorry I had to rant..

1. She isn't that bad, she's actually quite pretty in my opinion.
2. Someone obviously loves her, correct me if I'm wrong but that's an engagement ring there on her finger.
3. It takes a lot of courage to bare all, now I know no one forced her but she put that up knowing full well she'd be scrutinized for it. She's obviously happy with how she looks so why berate her for it?

Dosen't even require diet and exercise. Just requires you to be alittle mindful of what you put in your mouth. Thirsty? Get a glass of water. Hungry? Eat some dark bread.

I dont exercise at all, but I'm pretty thin. I just think before i eat 10 Mars bars...

Stuff like this makes me kind of mad sometimes.

I am 4'11" and just under 100lbs. Never lifted a weight in my life.

I know of some people that try their hardest and do everything to lose weight.
But they can't.
Not because they're lazy; they go for an hour run, work completely on their feet, and do at home yoga on weekends.
Not because they think they're beautiful; they absolutely hate their body and cry every night about it.

But because of money.
Don't believe me? Who here has lived with a family that absolutely cannot afford healthy food?
Live where things like just 2 Liters(0.5 Gallons) of milk is over $5, while 2L of pop is just 99 cents. Where you can go to McDonalds and buy a full meal for a person for just over $4, while the price of a good, balanced meal for your family will cost you $50?
"Oh, they have a job, why can't they just buy it themselves?"
Because they can't.
Because they have to help with the rent.
Because they can only work part time because of needing to look after their younger siblings while their single mother works double shifts every other day.

It absolutely disgusts me that it is allowed to price essential things such as milk, vegetable, fresh meat and fruit as such exceptionally high prices, while you can go to a fast food restaurant or the junk food aisle and get everything for a quarter of the price.

I'm going to stop before I run out of characters.

Yes my jimmies are rustled.

inb4 massive amount of downvotes. i don't even care anymore.

Being a person with a high metabolism, I never really had to work to be skinny. I never considered myself "in shape" though (something I'm trying to change now by eating right and getting some semblance of a workout routine).

There's much more to being healthy than just being skinny, as I've learned. A lot of people seem to forget that. I know people who are overweight that can outrun me, overpower me, etc. etc.

Something that really grinds my gears, is when people who are relatively skinny say "I don't care that I have curves, I eat what I want!".
