I can eat a single hot pocket and go the whole day without being hungry again, is anyone else like this? Im afraid that fat people do not have the ability to stop eating and cannot sense when they are full. When im full i feel like throwning up, idk about you guys

All I've eaten today was a plate of tater tots, a bowl of jambalaya, a fun-size bag of pretzel M&M's, and a handfull of chips.

It depends on how fast you eat your food as well. The faster you eat your food, the less noticeable it becomes when you get full. Also if you're preoccupied for the day, you may not notice your hunger. It's happened on occasion to me before when I've had to work on large papers.

It has been proven that fat people take longer and more food to feel full. This could be down to nature or nurture however (the whole 'shrink/stretch your stomach idea).

You're not throwing up because you're full, you're throwing up bexause you just ate 1 (maybe two since you think you are overfull) hot pockets. You're mistaking hot pocket sicknes for fullness

No, obese people DO have the ability to feel full. They just feel full later than necessary. As for you eating a single hot pocket a day. You've probably got an eating disorder; assuming you're not a troll. The eating disorder is known as anorexia-nervousa.

That's unhealthy and possibly an eating disorder.
