How do you know?

What if cats communicate with bionary code and can't understand the letters?

Or kitten was given to someone living in an apartment, and he was given wrong kind of food. When we got him back, his fur wasnt as silky soft as it was before. Same goes for cats, altho in a less extreme manner

For about six months one of my cats would only eat salmon because prior to that he'd lick my plate after I ate salmon and really had a taste for it.
He would literally starve himself and create a fuss until given salmon until one day he just decided he didn't want salmon anymore and then it was chicken...

A friend of mine has a cat who only eats roast chicken breast.

I have a cat that only eats cat treats. Just like yours she'll starve herself if we don't give her treats, she got down to 5 pounds and then our vet told us to just buy her treats because she wasn't gonna give up. It's really expensive to just give her a bowl full of ******* treats all the time, but she's a bitch and doesn't seem to care.

I had a cat that would only eat the carnation milk bits out of a certain type of cat food, and he would leave the rest for the dogs to eat.

Cheap food causes cats to lose all their powers.

That cat actually uses too much power on low resistance platform so it's legs slide back while it tries to jump forward.

cheap cat food can give your cat painful urinary tract problems which can cost upwards of $1000 to get fixed, if caught early enough.

Thats if you feed them too much dry food without some wet food from time to time.

higher price does not mean high quality, but most of the time low price does mean low quality.

we've tried giving my cat better food but she doesn't eat it. she prefers the cheaper stuff. and that's a-okay with me.

<pic related, it's her, doing something weird with her tongue.

I've heard a lot of bad things about pet food actually. It makes me worried in case I ever get a pet.

I think you just have to watch the way their bodies react with each brand you try. (i.e. not eating, getting sick, etc)

My cats are the opposite (or I guess I could say standard) the moment they are given "better" food they won't touch the old food (unless they get desperate).
If you give them a dish of the older stuff they'll sniff it then stare at you.
