That is part of it, it also absorbs a lot of signal. so it's as if the signals just keep going into space. That is why this plane can show up as nothing more than a bird being picked up. so it's a bit of both. and the deflection also makes less signal get back to the radar. question answered to your satisfaction??

aight ****** , people don't seem to understand how fragile airplanes are. those are even more flimsy then regular ass airplanes. a simple hit on one of the diagonal rudders and it won't be able to stabalize itself

or a dent on the wing, **** up bernoulli pretty hard
