Well, before the invention of anesthetic, patients were (almost) fully alert during surgeries as the closest thing to a numbing agent was whiskey. Therefor a skilled surgeon was one who could perform as quickly as possible.

and then the person who made this into a picture died from getting gout in his finger from clicking, everyone who read it died from laughing, and all the family members dieid from shock after seeing the dead bodies, policemen died from breaking their back after carrying all the dead bodies.
