that rustled me a little. Who ever says it that way is completely skipping the yo sound in the word, and it bothers me...

I clearly don't belong in Kansas.

cray-ahn (though that can't be right, because I swear to God I was the only person i knew growing up who didn't call the damned things "crowns.")

ME and my mother were arguing about soda and pop, she said everyone in Ohio pronounces it soda, But I'm afraid to send her the link to this page, because of other content.

I live in Toledo and for me,

1. All are the same.
2. They have those?
3. Either New York or Vegas
4. I have no name for this.
5. Highway
6. Tennis-shoes.
7. Water fountain
8. Sub
9. Sear-up
10. Crayfish
11. Pop
12. It wasn't on there, but I'm fine with Pee-can and Pee-kahn.
13. Both Pa-jam-as and Pa-ja-mas
14. Both May-uh-aze and Man-aze
15. You guys
16. Loyer
17. Both Cray-on and Cran
18. been... I don't really understand how that relates to any of those words.
19. Care-uh-mel, Car-uh-mul and Car-ml

There's lots of **** colored in NW Ohio that I've NEVER or RARELY heard in my part of Toledo.

Lived in Missouri (closer to Illinois than any other state) in my most formative years, been in Orlando, FL for my last 7 years.

Blue- Mary and marry are the same, Merry is different
Blue- Have drive through liquor stores, no special name
Blue- Don't call anywhere "the city".
Red- No special name for rain and sunshine
Red- It's just a highway
Blue- Sneakers
Red- Water fountain
Red- Sub
Blue- Sear-up
Green- Crawdad
Red- Soda
Green- pee-can, though sometimes Red- pee-KAHN (Like pecan pie)
Blue- pa-jam-as, not pa-ja-mas.
Blue- Man-aze
Red- You guys
Green- Lawyer can be said either way
Green- cran
Blue- been, as in set. (This one was sort of confusing)
Yellow- Carra-mel and car-ml are different. One is melted, the other has a more solid form. (Like a hard candy or chewy)
