I hate film adaptations of Shakespeare works. E.I Romeo + Juliet

I get that he is a huge theater man, but Macbeth hurts to watch.

I will try this one last time, if this doesnt work for me... I think I'll have to end my relationship with film adaptations of written works of that era, or broadway musicals...

Sorry lads. Janeway wins.

Though I still wish to this day the two main writers didn't each write their own version of Janeway, making her seem a bit schizophrenic....

Archer was a good man. Practical as **** too. "Going to war? I'll take some actual ******* soldiers with me, redshirts alone wont cut it."

Making out with everything in a dress usually isn't a good idea.
Also, Shatner is a ham

Isn't a good idea? What are you gay? Kirk is best captain, hands down. Not saying Picard wasnt good, imo he's second place by just a tad but Picard was too much of a nice guy for my tastes

I don't recall Sisko ever being captured and turned into a Borg.
Can your captain say the same?
#34 to #33 - demicus (06/07/2013) [-]
Yes. Yes he can.

Captain Calhoun > Sisko

That **** ain't Roddenberry approved

Deep Space Nine wasn't created until two years after Gene's death.

And let's not forget Voyager, even later after his death. Captain Janeway BLEW THE BORG THE **** UP. AFTER beating the **** out of Species 8472, who were themselves beating the **** out of the Borg.

He DID punch Q though. THAT does earn him some serious awesome points.
User avatar #47 to #43 - fredthemilkman (06/07/2013) [-]
>implying the Dominion wasn't a greater threat to the Federation than the Borg
#55 to #47 - demicus (06/07/2013) [-]
Even Sisko might disagree on that point.

One single Borg cube wiped out an entire fleet. Imagine if the Borg were SERIOUS about invasion. We've seen them have thousands of Cubes alone, let alone Spheres or Diamonds.

"DS9 premiered in 1993 and ran for seven seasons, ending in 1999. Rooted in Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek universe, it was the first Trek spin-off created without direct involvement from Roddenberry, although he did give his blessing to the concept shortly before his death in 1991."
