I'm sorry, but I don't see anything wrong with keeping the families of the dead in your mind and heart through your own respective ways. Should you do something more proactive to help? Yes. But to be honest, even thinking of the victims is quite a bit more than many will do after this incident.

Yeah, but just thinking of them doesn't matter, it doesn't change anything. And changing something, really helping is what matters.

I would agree that it would certainly be much more helpful if people, especially in the position of Katy Perry who has money and resources to spare, would provide a more physical solution.

It looks like he's masturbating to the sun!

"oh yeah sun! you make my penis grow as you make flowers grow!"

You are not incandescent enough to pleasure yourself to the sun

If only I could be so grossly incandescent.

'tis what we all strive for.

The way I see it, our fates appear to be intertwined. In a land brimming with Hollows, could that really be mere chance? So what do you say? Why not help one another on this lonely journey?

I can't remember the rest of what he says, I've only been playing for about a week.

Haha, well enjoy it. And always praise the sun.

Seriously why the **** is this such a big deal that people are praying for victims. I don't see what's wrong with keeping people in your thoughts and hoping that someone beyond your comprehension is looking out for those affected and those killed. I know this website has a hard on for religion bashing, but can we please dial it back? I'm not sure you guys really understand what prayer is. You don't just say a couple words and then think "Well I've done my part here, I might as well be on my way." It's not like that at all. It's a serious, visceral thing that people care a lot about. Would it be better if they prayed and then wrote a check to the Red Cross? Undoubtedly. But it's awfully easy to sit back and criticize how people deal with tragedy. How many of you have actually sent money to deal with this problem? I'm guessing a vast minority. The Gospels say that prayer needs to be constant, essentially keeping what you're praying for always on your mind. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

Nothing is wrong with praying for someone as long as you do it while you are actually helping them.

Or don't pretend that what you're doing is actually helping them. Pray for the victims if you want but the only thing that will help them is actually going over there and lending a hand, or donating money.
User avatar #1 - mayormilkman (05/23/2013) [-]
Because people who pray don't do anything else.
User avatar #2 to #1 - bokkos (05/23/2013) [-]
Not while they're praying, no.
User avatar #27 to #2 - mayormilkman (05/23/2013) [-]
Which is, apparently, constantly.

I would donate money but I think if you live right in the middle of something called TORNADO ALLEY then you knew what you were getting into.
User avatar #16 - Rileto (05/23/2013) [-]
I never used to say that, but now that you put it that way it doesn't sound so bad.
