Personally I buy those high protein breakfast shakes and drink them right before I go to sleep, or in the morning if I need to. Never have a hangover if I remember to have one.

I find protein shakes to be generally expensive and incomplete.

I like to stick 2 large dozen egg whites, a egg yolk, a vitamin-b complex, some soya milk and a banana into a blender and chug it down. Though I do sometimes add cheap protein powder if its for breakfast.

That would be better, but I do this the night before, and if I'm drunk enough to need a hangover cure I probably shouldn't be trusted in the kitchen and its better if I can just grab a drink.

Fair enough. Suppose I would feel too lazy to separate the yolks if I was wasted.
