HEY KIDS! My name is Tyler and I' m a
professional Alcoholic. Today we will be going
over a few steps on how YOU can
avoid hangovers in the morning!
All you need to is follow these 5 easy steps and
you can avoid feeling like crap for the entire day!
ts not a great idea to go cold
turkey. So have half a cold one in
the morning. Have another half if
you need to calm your nerves.
There you have it, 5 easy
steps to avoid hangovers...
Alcohol dehydrate: the body
and will make you feel like
crap. Fix this by replacing the
water's soon as possible.
Protein always helps. A good
helping of grams of high
quality nutrition will dampen
the symptoms. Egg whites are
best for this [Raw, if free range],
Do a few sets of or
go for 3 quick run. It will wake
up the body faster and help
speed the hangover along.
Also, meet Mike.
If you feel tired and want a
nap then take one. When you
wake up you will feel refreshed
and maybe even avoid the rest
of the hangover.
Nevermind! I' m good now!

Water by itself before bed has helped prevent many a hangover for me

I never got a hangover after a night of drinking. Am I immune?

I never had them too when I started out. Could be it just takes time

It just means you arent drinking enough to get a hangover. Possibly due to a low tolerance so you dont need to consume alot of alcohol to get to your happy place. Lucky you. I envy you.

I know what you mean. It takes awhile for me to get drunk. Bad times in the morning. I really wish I was a lightweight.

5 beers and projectile vomiting.

You should be jealous.

Personally I buy those high protein breakfast shakes and drink them right before I go to sleep, or in the morning if I need to. Never have a hangover if I remember to have one.

I find protein shakes to be generally expensive and incomplete.

I like to stick 2 large dozen egg whites, a egg yolk, a vitamin-b complex, some soya milk and a banana into a blender and chug it down. Though I do sometimes add cheap protein powder if its for breakfast.

That would be better, but I do this the night before, and if I'm drunk enough to need a hangover cure I probably shouldn't be trusted in the kitchen and its better if I can just grab a drink.

Fair enough. Suppose I would feel too lazy to separate the yolks if I was wasted.

supposed "cure" for hangover. prairie oyster:crack an egg into a glass then add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and ground black pepper. after all the ingredients have been added plug your nose and down the whole glass.

Actual tip:
Orange juice. Lots and lots of orange juice. You need to replace the nutrients lost during the previous night, and orange juice has most of them.

Only if you don't provoke a sugar crash.
User avatar #19 to #18 - chthulhu (05/19/2013) [-]
Yeah, that happens, but it's worth getting rid of the hangover.

By the way, great content man

Best way to replace nutrients though is through vegetable smoothies with a few fruits.

Requires a blender though

I never get them anyway.

water is the answer. eating might be a bit hard the next morning nothing a redbull and some spicy v8 won't fix tho. also, don't drink popov or steele reserve. steele is the nastiest "beer" ever. its just water, fake beer flavor, and ****** gin/vodka nastyness. just drink blue moon or shock top. those bitches get you feeling bomb

alot of the "hangover" feeling is just dehydration.

I always found frying up the greasiest breakfast I could was the best option...

Does he mean to exercise all these steps after you're done drinking?

Wouldn't you just ruin your 'buzz' to throw all these steps in while you're enjoying yourself? Considering alcohol is metabolized a bit through urine, respiration and sweat?

If it is when you're done drinking though, then I understand.

Steps 2 and 3 are helpful if you do it when you stop drinking/go to bed.
