A german would never drink a bud, especially not from a can.

You know Budweiser is a german name for beer from Budejovice. This type beer originally comes from Germany, or Czech Rep. respectively

These are two completely different brands. The one you're talking about is Budweiser Budvar from Budějovický Budvar n.p., which is only sold in bottles. The one we see in the picture though is a can of Budweiser from Anheuser-Busch. These are completely different brands. The AB-Budweiser is not even being sold in Germany, except maybe in special american stores.

There's no "type" of beer called Budweiser. It's only a brand name that derives from the town of České Budějovice (which is in the Czech Rep.). Both Bud and Budweiser are bottom-fermented beers. But beside that they don't really have anything in common.

I don't get why i got thumbed down. That is a bud which is advertised as an american beer even if not owned by an american company anymore. Am I missing something?

Clearly not German as they listen to **** music. If he was German he'd be wearing a Cascada or Scooter tshirt.
