list the mods!

i have some of them, but not all... and i STILL need a framerate limiter (Skyrim stutters if you break 60fps)

Turning on V-Sync caps your framerate at the frequency your monitor is running on, which is usually 60 Hz, so it caps at 60 fps.

Ok wow i had no idea so many people are asking about my system. Here are my specs

HP Z803
PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 (AX7950 3GBD5-2DHPP)
10GB Ram
2TB storage
Intel Core i7 393I
Price ~1200$

I have over 50 active mod and about half of them are for graphics. My PC can handle all the mods at 60 fps on ultra settings, except for the Sharpshooter ENB.

The ENB is what really makes Skyrim look amazing but has a HUGE drop in frame rate. even with my system my fps drops to about 26 and i think that is not worth the extra effects.

Just for anyone who wants it, http://www.asot.es/2001/09/skyrim-mods.html

This guy (pretty sure it's the source of that image) used over 100 mods at any given time.

Look at the screenshots he has posted, and at part 2.1 he outlines all the mods he uses.

Gif unrelated.

Nvidia GTX 690
Intel Core i7 3930k
550/500 RW SSD
32GB of 1600mhz ram

You know. For science. Also, i will overclock my 3930k to 5Ghz if there is anyone
legitimately interested in the resulting framerate.

The only point is if anyone wanted to know how well my certain specs perform.

How, these specs are **** do you ask?
The parts are very expensive in terms of performance per dollar, and quite frankly something that comes as naturally as a 3770k and 1 ( or even 2) GTX 660Ti Power editions do a lot of work for their price. You run all that you ever need to run these days, and it does so masterfully.

Ironically enough GTX 660 Ti has crap performance/dollar value. Afaik currently best performance/money value (from nVidia cards) is in hands of GTX 660. At least in my country Ti is about 1/2 more expensive, yet like 10% better in performance than regular 660.

Im not sure about the 660 vs the 660Ti but i know that there is a deal in the US where you get what's called a GTX660Ti Power edition, which is a sweet performing card for so little that it atleast HAS been the greatest deal for a while within the GPU market

This summer I'm building a computer. 8-core processor, SSD, 8GB RAM, 3GB RADEON 7950, watercooling on the processor and lots of fans elsewhere. It's going to be the coldest computer ever! I can't wait to play skyrim!

8-core? meh 99% of programs/games dont even use all 4 cores on a 4-core processor, however if its for video editting and whatnot, then it's more beneficial (i think the best 8-core not overclocked gets you around 3.2ghz, the best quad core not overclocked are in the 4.2ghz range)
also go for an NVidia, this coming from a Radeon user... (dual AMD Radeon 6850HD cards) mostly fine, but can't bloody well UPDATE THE THINGS... GAH apparently thats an issue for a lot of people with AMD cards
the NVidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti is around the same price range and performance, but (though the 7950 is better if you overclock it)
theres better cards out there but i`d assume you`re either on a bit of a budget? if not... build ahead, make a computer thats gonna last for years (right now mine can cap out any game, $1800 and it`ll last for a few years at least before any games make it lag)
yeahhh

The 8-core is because I'm ordering an AMD-processor.
AMD Black-series, 3,5GHz(maybe the 4,0GHz) that's why I'm ordering the 8-core. It's going to be overclocked to about 4,3-4,4GHz.
The closest Intel is over double the price..
The same with the graphics-card, cheaper and faster. A 660 Ti is a little bit more expensive, and a full GB of ram less..

The price for the entire computer is right now at $2500. I live in Norway by the way.

I'll consider it, and talk to my computer-guru, to find the best alternative.
Found the AMD FX-4350, 4,3GHz quadcore for about $170. Not very much cheaper than the 8-core..

Buying an 8-core is extremely unwise at the moment. Much like SLI, when it does work the results are quite satisfying (SLId two 690s to about 3ghz combined core clock) yet sadly the reality is the power is rarely put to effective application, in fact, it often does quite the opposite. Get an unlocked sandybridge (2700) and with adequate cooling you should be able to push it to 4.8 Ghz quite comfortably. I advise an Asus 7 series mobo for the AI tech.

You usually have a cretain frames-per-second in a game.
Because of all the mods, the game runs slow. Probably 0FPS, and maybe 1Frame per Minute.
That's why it's a picture. Hellalong frame there.
