I recently returned from a 3-month trip to Europe that was mostly spent trying to tell people that Americans aren't inherently stupid.

Sure US citizens aren't inherently stupid but on my trip there (New York) I discovered that the percentage of stupid people does seem higher but that's just an observation of a 15 days so it's still a personal experience. Also you guys have a ton of rednecks, hillbilly folk and other strange people with an internet connection, in Europe the weirdos don't have a PC so they attract less attention.

Liste pal. When on a trip you interact with more people. That's why you now think you know half of USA so you think you can judge. The truth is if you were actually to realise what being smart is, or at least like me strive towards it, you would never give such statements without strong evidence to back it up. Not only cause of that but also cause intelligence is relative.

Long story short: that's ********

I've lived in Britain, Spain, France and spent 2 years in America. Americans are not inherently stupid, but you have the largest proportion of ignorants (ignorants being people unaware of most things outside America).
Britain (particularly England / Wales) is better but still bad. Rest of Europe is generally pretty good.

America is the size of EU. The New York State alone is bigger then Austria. It is a world for itself. Now when you understand that we can move along.

I have not yet met anyone here in europe who can pin me the 10 biggest cities in the us on the map

How about don't stereotype us and we don't stereotype you? I'm British and I'm not an arrogant nationalist, and I bet you're not a gun maniac redneck. See how this game works?

I get what you're saying, but that was a very contradictory thing you just said. If you don't like being stereotyped, then don't try to pass it onto us. You know that it's not true for your country, so why is it any more true for ours?

Yeah I was. Graduated Gwernyfed High School in 2012, with 1 A* Star and 2 A's at A-Level.

You do realise Noel Fielding was in the IT Crowd right? And I know that the IT Crowd is on Channel 4 that's what I was suggesting in my first comment. I'm guessing you were saying that they were the BBC version of the IT Crowd duo in your first comment ( you didn't make it very clear...) so I misunderstood as you used no correct punctuation whatever, ironic really when you are insulting my schooling.....

Either way they're both in the Mighty Boosh, Noel Fielding is in several episodes of the IT Crowd and that's the connection I thought you were making in your first comment.

But next time you want to start a fight how about you log in a say it? Stop being such a pussy. I'm getting redthumbed for a mistake I made due to your poor grammar and I couldn't give a **** how many times you thumb me down.
