My oldest brother was going through dialysis. He said he was in so much pain that he just felt like giving up. He eventually got back on, but one day as he came home he found his room mate being killed, so they killed him, too.
Your post made me sad.

What do you mean by "but one day as he came home he found his room mate being killed, so they killed him, too."

I mean no offense

From what I understand, he walked in as his roommate was being killed.

You know where that doesn't generally happen? America.

**** country, but you don't walk in on people getting killed who then kill you too.

You know where it happened? Tacoma, Washington, USA.
I've met people who lost a friend in a drive by shooting.
I've met people who lost friends due to suicide. Hell, my sister tried, too.
Speaking of my sister, after being kicked out of the house went into the wrong crowd in Florida, met people who did those heavy drugs. No doubt she witnessed death... again.

Guess he's on the Tuesday Thursday Saturday schedule, like me. Apart from the beginning, when they put the needles in your artificially enlarged blood vessel created by tying an artery to a vein, it's not that bad. A little boring, but my center has WiFi. I spent the last few weeks of dialysis watching Battlestar Galactica (the new one, not the old one.) Hopefully I'll get a kidney soon. Everyone line up by blood type, and sniff this rag to tell me if it smells like chloroform.

Its when they hook u up on a machine in the hospital, the machine cleans ur kidney and liver for you since both his kidneys failed. His only option is to get a kidney transplant.

Because your kidney doesn't work any more , you have to replace your water yourself periodically, thats dialysis
