1. Slide the bottle to side of box
2. Put the box upside down (So the neck of the bottle is poking out)
3. Open the bottle with cup underneath
4. Drink

what if box is exact size as a bottle so it won't slide?

The fact that I was able to recognize the bottle as Pendleton 1910 probably says a lot about me.. And that I should probably stop hanging out in liquor stores.

Well, the weld points are extremely hard due to the extreme heat it was in when it was placed there. And because of that it would take ages. And sawing the tubes them self's is not gonna work either, unless the blade is larger than your head.
User avatar #47 to #38 - froloff (05/09/2013) [-]
No it won't. It won't even take more than 2 minutes to get through everything. The welded points are easier to get through than the tubes itself. As a matter of fact, all you need to do is cut it at the top, grap it and break it off.

Please don't talk about things you don't know, I have a welder certificate and I'm a industrial mechanic.
User avatar #133 to #47 - icelandicviking (05/09/2013) [-]
well sorry. That's what my welder instructor said. The weld point's are harder than the material, we were working on steel. And i don't understand if you have welder certificate you should know it depends on the material and cool rate..
User avatar #134 to #133 - froloff (05/09/2013) [-]
First of all, look at the welding, it isn't very thick and it doesn't bind that much to the steel around. Yes, it depends on the material how fast you are able to cut it, but it is more dependant of how much you are going to cut (thickness etc). You are still able to cut it when it's warm. You are only cutting into a little limited part of the weld.

I don't really understand where you are going with this.
User avatar #114 to #38 - theundone (05/09/2013) [-]
They're not very good welds, you could get through them with an angle grinder within a few minutes. I've made my fair share of frames exactly like that, and like everyone I've made mistakes and had to grind them out, it doesn't take long. Yours, a mechanical engineer.

What Id like to know is how he powder coated the tubing without getting any paint on the bottle.
User avatar #91 to #89 - liquidz (05/09/2013) [-]
Ditto, my guess is he had the bottle wrapped in paper when he did it, and unwrapped it and pulled the paper through the bars when done. But there should be a mark where it sat.
User avatar #94 to #91 - Jimminycracker (05/09/2013) [-]
my thoughts exactly. I'm guessing he bulit most of the cage first aside from one length on the bottom painted everything inserted the bottle then tacked on the final piece.
User avatar #108 to #89 - sackit (05/09/2013) [-]
He put the bottle in that **** after he paintet and powder coated the tubing before he got the bottle in it, then at the last part at top he put the bottle in it, and powder coated the rest;)
#109 to #89 - anon (05/09/2013) [-]
the answer to this question is most likely on the other side of the cage...the part we cant see in the picture
