Scientists will have pure intentions
Mass amounts of usable energy from splitting an atom
Creating explosives to clear stone and dirt
3-D printers intended to be use for cheaper mass production
These things eventually become perverted by the military into
The nuclear bomb
TNT and Dynamite
The Liberator

you realize that it's scientists who also adapt things for weaponized purposes, right? It's not like a general is running around turning **** into explosives.

Well, it's essentially a plastic pistol that was made from a 3D printer that anyone with the printer can make and use without the government knowing.
It's only as bad as the Atom Bomb is compared to the idea of nuclear energy and military explosives compared to the idea of easier construction.

your average 3d printer is 15 grand
and something a lot of people have left out its good for about one or two magazines

everybody has their own view on it

I think it is fine
you can't sneak through a metal detector
bullets are metal

But I also understand your fear and your view

rubber bullets tend to be non lethal
plastic darts, unless powered via a spring or Co2
could shatter
