Little do you know, I am a pistol shrimp. Being ************ may have raised suspitions, though. I can shoot a bubble at you.

That implodes and creates a temperature so intense it rivals the surface of the sun.

See this crazy ******?
<--------

This is a goddamn Crown of Thorns starfish, and it is having absolutely none of your ****. This psychopathic bastard feasts all day on coral reefs, damaging the ever loving **** out of the underwater ecosystem. And don't even think about trying to stop it, it's covered in toxic rape spikes that can break off and lodge themselves in your flesh.

When I was 12 or so my family went to a cool beach with lots of tide pools that were filled with all manner of sea life. My brother and cousin and I found a rock in the shape of a bowl and filled it with water, then proceeded to get a bunch of hermit crabs and minnows and a single starfish and put it in the rock/bowl.

Came back 10 minutes later and noticed one of the hermit crabs was missing. We looked on the sand nearby thinking he had escaped. Didn't find him. Picked up the starfish thinking maybe it had walked over the crab, but the crab was gone. Then I looked at the UNDERSIDE of the starfish.

THAT MOTHER ****** HAD A BEAK ON STRINGY-LOOKING TENDON THINGS AND WAS PROCEEDING TO EAT THAT CRAB BY CUTTING THROUGH ITS SHELL.

I haven't been able to touch one since.

tl;dr starfishes are crazy carnivorous monsters. Don't **** with 'em.

klondikemonster do you remember this?
