All the Mexicans that worked under me at a fast food place called me whitey in Spanish. I have no clue how to spell it, but I am white and it didn't bother me. But one new Hispanic girl heard them call me that and her eyes lit up. She said "Do you know what that means? It is a racist term." I said I know and that I am just happy that I'm not Mexican.

"Güero", they probaby called you "güero" it is not a racist term but something you call a white person, even if it is mexican. Please do not think all mexicans are bad
