I agree with your comments and logic. I have no problem paying for my movie or a game. But when I have to jump through many illogical hoops and literally seek out an option to pay for it... Who the hell wants to deal with it? The only annoying point I find with companies that provide services like steam/netflix is when they go "exclusive". I have EA Origin in mind. Drives me nuts - 			********		 service and otherwise bothersome to have two different programs, especially since the older EA games are on steam.   
   
But I'm going off topic now.

I have not downloaded a single pirated game since I got Steam.

Hell, I even bought Dragon Age Origins, plus expansions, despite having played the game 5 times at that point already.
