ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!
They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

Asians hide their mind reading abilities by a lot of them having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.

PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE!!!!! THE WORLD NEEDS TO FIND THIS OUT!!!!!

I'm glad the people got a real definition of a nerd

"It's not about what you love, it's how you love it."

Look at it this way. You, being a human, probably like something. Let's, for simplicity sake, say that thing is... I dunno... Anime, alright? You're quiet about it, don't go showing it off everywhere you go, don't cause too much trouble.

Now look at your average weeaboo, who INSISTS that anime is a way of life, and that Japan is SO MUCH more superior to everything else, who only EVER talks about anime, that kinda stuff.

Seem annoying? Good. That's what I'm getting at.

Now look at a Swaggot. MOST of them, if not ALL of them, CONSTANTLY remind people of their "teachings" of people who will fade from history in the next year or so. Sure, you can like what you want, but you can't be a ******* cunt about it.

It bugs me when people call themselves nerds. Even though I like several of the things that others would label me a "nerd" for liking. Calling myself a nerd seems silly, since it is usually used as an insult. Why label yourself as different for doing something you like to do?

I am who I am.
I am not a "nerd."

Pic unrelated.

Well, I think his point is that being a "nerd" isn't, or shouldn't be, about what you like, but about how you like it. A kind of passion for something, a drive to learn all about it an excel at it, whether it has to do with comic books or football or makeup or artisanal jam bottling. In that case, it's not really a label to be ashamed of (although you're right that someone might not apply it to themselves, just like a lot of people wouldn't call themselves "experts" at something because it sounds presumptuous.)

I specify, i am a role-play nerd, a fair nerd (those like me will understand), and a science nerd. Basically i enjoy these things, recognize them as a bit odd, and accept it. Makine fun of yourself makes people who would make fun of you confused

Full of feels but oh so true.

I really want a Harry Potter tattoo, the Deathly Hallows with 'always' wrote underneath. But people keep mocking me for wanting it... People don't understand but it means everything to me. It helped me in such a dark time, met amazing people who have had such an impact on my life... Should I get it or not FJ...? I know it's not up to you guys but still

DO IT!!!
User avatar #264 to #17 - fukkendragonite (05/01/2013) [-]
Get the tattoo. If in 20 years time you don't care for HP anymore, it won't matter. You'll feel foolish with the tattoo forever being there, but it means that the person you are RIGHT NOW will never die. The person you are RIGHT NOW is going to be forever printed on your skin, and you should never forget where you came from.

Move on, but never forget who you once were and where you came from. I know people with song lyrics for bands that time has forgotten, but they regret nothing, because that band was influential to them when they were younger. Getting older doesn't mean that the old you has to die.
User avatar #272 to #264 - fukkendragonite (05/01/2013) [-]
I should say, a few rules.

1) Don't get something offensive. My friend nearly got a swastika for a laugh years ago, and now he feels stupid for ever trying to make fun of something like that on that much of a scale.

2) Don't go overboard. Don't cover yourself in tattoos that you might regret. One or two every few years, to document the different people you've been in your lifetime, and the different events and interests of your life.

3) No stupid places. Don't get a retarded face tattoo or some **** . Obvious reasons.

4) Think about it carefully. At least 6 months of decision-making first.

My Deathly Hallows tattoo done on 4th May 2013.

Whether people like it or not, our generation is one that is passionate about a lot of things, including books, movies, and TV shows. If you want it, and you don't think you'll regret it, get it. I have plenty of friends that have or want such tattoos. One of my friends has two big circular gallifreyan tatoos on his forearm, and another one of my friends wants to get a blues clues tattoo. Its your body, you do what you wish with it. [:

Follow your ******* dreams man.
And if someone tries to stop you, roll over them.

The meaning of life is to give life meaning.
So follow those dreams because in the end all you have is tomorrow and one day tomorrow will not come and in that day your dreams and your pursuit of them that will matter.

Those other people can go suck a big one. Don't let other people control you just because they're too full of themselves too consider or understand why you want it.Sure, people might make fun of you for it, but you can just AVADA KADAVRA THEIR ASSES tell them to politely eff off.

If it means a lot to you, go for it. I'm in the same boat, more or less. I really want the Hylian symbol behind my ear to represent all the hours my dad and I spent together playing it. Unfortunately, he doesn't approve of tattoos, so it would be kind of pointless.
User avatar #134 to #17 - pianoasis (05/01/2013) [-]
Well I think you expected we would all say yes because you're already going to do it and you want some confirmation.

In that case, yeah I think you should do it.
#20 to #17 - yadabla (05/01/2013) [-]
If you want it, of course you should! You don't get a tattoo to please other people, it's something that you love that's on your skin forever. I currently have three pixel tattoos (Bub and bob from bubble bobble, and one of two Mario mushrooms I'll be getting above my hips) and a Mario Sunshine graffiti boo tattoo, and some people tell me I'm going to regret them when I'm older, but I know I wont and I love them! Like you said, it's not up to me or anyone else on here whether you get it or not, but if you want it you shouldn't put off the decision because of a couple of dumb dumbs telling you that you shouldn't get it.
User avatar #21 to #20 - NatashaReinhart (05/01/2013) [-]
Thank you, exactly what I was thinking. I've already got four two Horus Eyes on the insides of my wrists and whenever someone sees them they panic telling me that I'm only "going to ruin my wedding day".
All I can ever reply with is: "well if I do get married, the person that is marrying me should be happy that I have them because they make me who I am."
"What about all these horrible tattoos you'll have when you're in a wedding dress?!"

Nobody has the right to object and, if I do get married, the people there won't be looking at my ******* tattoos. Sorry for the rant! I just don't understand people who plan that far ahead and get off telling me what I'll regret. I don't care what my tattoos look like when I'm old and grey, it just means I can make the Horus eyes wink :)!

Like, people have no idea how something, probably to them is insignificant, can mean so much to another. Because of the franchises existence it helped me through the tough times.
User avatar #78 to #21 - zorororonoa (05/01/2013) [-]
I always laugh at the people who don't get tattoos because they will look bad when you are old and wrinkly. Bitch, show my your "flawless" skin when you are 65. Basically, they will be all old an ugly without a tattoo also.
#27 to #21 - yadabla (05/01/2013) [-]
Haha, I've always wanted an eye of Sheikah (Loz) on the inside of my wrist but I'm putting that off until I'm 100% sure (And I can afford it)

I've never had anyone tell me they're going to ruin my wedding day, that seems a tad extreme. But I want people to see my tattoos when I'm in a wedding dress! Bub and Bob are on my shoulders so I assume they'll be showing, and I'm gonna be super proud of that!

Don't be sorry for the rant, I totally agree with everything and you should totally go for the Deathly Hallows tattoo, it sounds badass, not to mention it sounds like it means a lot to you. The people who object really don't matter anyway. Haha, when I'm old and grey all of me is going to be wrinkly not just my tattoos, I don't think I'm going to care that much how I look :P
