I heard somewhere that a company had a $1,000 prize in their terms and conditions and it took over a month for someone to claim it.

Sounds like a rumor started by some company to get their customers to actually read the T&C's.

What if I told you that the Dwarves in the Hobbit are based on Jews?
Thorin=Jacob, and the rest represent the 12 tribes.
Smaug represents the Devil (red dragon in Revelations 12:3)
Dwarves and Jews both have an affinity towards treasure and legal procedures.
Also the "lonely mountain" is representative of the temple mount.

""The dwarves of course are quite obviously - wouldn't you say that in many ways they remind you of the Jews? Their words are Semitic obviously, constructed to be Semitic.""

Situation: You are on the toilet and you know immediately after you drop the first kaplunk you know it's gonna be a long battle. The only thing you have to read are the terms and conditions to any software product.

Question: Will you read it?
