I lost my virginity to a girl who made the first move actually.

>Be 18
>Be neverkissed beta virgin
>Move out to gated community in the middle of ******* nowhere
>No girls in the neighbourhood, get job working as ******* night patrol for the gated community. No excuse to leave, pretty much accept that I'm not going to meet anyone new for the rest of my ******* life.
>Make friends with a redneck girl from the trailer park a few miles north.
>Too afraid to make a move because all her friends hate me and I know they'll beat the **** out of me because I'm a yuppie prick.
>Out camping one night with rednecca.
>Out of ******* nowhere she's starts stripping.
>I just stand there, in three layers of shirts and a winter coat.
>"you know nothing Jon Snow."

>Be 15
>Be a virgin
>Go up to lake house in Virginia
>Meet up with girl I've know since 2nd grade (met her there, she has lake house too)
>Families good friends by now.
>Have party at their house like we do every night
>Adults walk back to my lake house to talk
>We stay at her house to watch a movie (Finding Nemo thank you)
> **** goes down

This could just as easily be applied to "friend-zoned" nice guys.
#114 - roykynx (04/29/2013) [-]
Women almost always make the first move, we are just to stupid to realize when it happens.
#110 - ironstrike (04/29/2013) [-]
Guys do this to.

To an extent, I do this to. Only I don't expect any woman to confess their undying love for me.

Plus, it's a lot more fun being the one asked out versus the one asking out. Considering it's such a stressful thing to ask someone out.

In-fact, I've never asked a girl out. I'm usually the one asked out. Which, is a complete turn on for me.

Maybe it's because I enjoy woman with more balls than me. (metaphorically speaking).
User avatar #108 - watermelonkittie (04/29/2013) [-]
Actually, men also use this logic. the whole "friendzone" thing is in my opinion nothing more than a guy not daring to make an actual move. Just giving a compliment isn't flirting and you are just as unclear as they are sometimes.

Feel free to discuss this with me
#111 to #108 - ironstrike (04/29/2013) [-]
I would discuss this with you.

If I didn't 110% agree with you.

You're going to drown in a sea of red thumbs, don't get me wrong.

This has happened to me at least once, a girl I'm friends with now told me she used to like me back when I was dating this horrible girl who treated me like crap who I eventually broke up with and I asked her why she never told me or tried to steal me away from this girl who she knew treated me badly, and she said it was because she didn't want to mess with someone else's relationship. Which is a totally noble reason, but at the same time I wish she would have said ' **** it' and taken me away from that bitch - .-
#102 - proclutch (04/29/2013) [-]
This is not quite true, 3 girls have liked me, and they all told me, but i didn't like them back, MFW when they have a a boyfriend and im still a virgin.

Better off being a virgin than being with someone you aren't actually attracted to.

Finland's educational system results in happier children, a smaller crime rate, better educated students, and cheaper cost of living. The 'Murican system sucks in comparison.

Oblivious North Koreans.... Finland has one of the highest suicide rates in the world. Violence is common. Expensive food. BUT the school system is still good.

i recently met this girl who's just an ultra chiller, just overall cool girl. we hung out a couple of times and went star gazing one night. we were in the back of my van (you can lay the back bench seat into the trunk space so you can lay down) and we laid there for a good half hour, slowly scooting closer and closer together. we eventually started kissing. i didn't really have feelings for her but she was the one who mostly made the move. it's really rare though for the girl to make the first move so this surprised me.
#90 to #88 - rodneyabc (04/29/2013) [-]
She's a keeper dude, It takes a special kind of trust to get in the back of someones van and drive to the middle of nowhere.

holy **** that sounds very ********* . but i don't have my own car, i use our honda odyssey. which is pretty chill cuz it's good on gasoline, and like i said i can fold the rear bench seat so i can **** bitches in the back

Such is the curse of the van man.

I'd love to buy one myself for transporting film equipment, but alas it's a curse I do not have the strength to bare.

I salute you. Van on. Van on you diamond.

well honestly it's not that bad when you have a family van, like one of the new honda odysseys. it tells bitches that you're a family man, and bitches love family men

Pro Tip: Act like they like you when you're around them until they prove otherwise. That way, if they do like you (which they should, because you're confident and a badass), they're impressed that you knew to make the first move. If they don't, then who gives a **** anyway?

I confessed to a girl that I was in love with her. She was just like, "Eh," and I was really torn apart because we had went out to eat a few times and hung out all night a few times and I had liked her for months in a very obvious manner. She just said she was sorry that I felt like she led me on. So I went to a bar and drank so much I puked all over myself and slept in the parking lot. The moral of the story is that I want Emma Stone to sit on my face.

The girl's I was complete dicks to loved me while the ones I liked and I treated with respect treated me as a nobody. I can honestly say the whole dating thing is a huge damn joke.

99% of friendship and relationships is just being there.

You got ****** over for acting like a nice guy because it's not normal to be super duper nice and complimentary all the time, the fact that you choose to spend time with them should've spoke for itself.

On the flipside, acting like a dick won you brownie points because anything dickish you said came across as purely joking because if you really did mean anything assholish you said, you wouldn't have said it, because you wouldn't even be talking to them in the first place.

It's all about subtlety.

Society has conditioned both men and women to believe that it is a man's job to approach the woman.

Society has also constructed sexual harassment laws that are based entirely on feelings and perceptions instead of specific guidelines and rules.

Most men are not going to play Russian roulette with a lawsuit bullet unless they think they stand a hope in hell of winning.

Therefore, something has to give. Either women need to start taking a more active role in the initiation of relationships, or these ******** , man hating laws need to go away.
#98 to #62 - rodneyabc (04/29/2013) [-]
I'm actually doing fine talking to chicks without falling into a myriad of sexual assault charges, so is the rest of society.

Sucks that you're **** with girls mate but no, we're not giving you a handicap, catch up and quit making excuses.
#80 to #62 - rebelliousoctopus (04/29/2013) [-]
"Man hating laws?" How about society take a bigger stance against rape? That way women are more likely to approach because instead of feeling like they're gonna get raped and beaten, they can have a conversation with you.
#122 to #80 - anonymous (04/29/2013) [-]
Rape is one of the least common and most lied about crimes in the western world. We don't need to take a bigger stance against it. It's already illegal, and when so much as an accusation is hurled, a giant **** storm is caused with demands for blood.
#126 to #122 - rebelliousoctopus (05/02/2013) [-]
Actually, a lot of women are raped and molested daily, and they usually don't report it (usually because dicks like you wouldn't believe it) and the ones that are reported are typically by girls who regretted something after it happened because they're mad at the guy or they were drunk. False reports for the most part are dropped. But it happens a lot, and almost every girl I know has a story about how someone took advantage of them, so your statement is ******** .
