That's why you can't be color blind between purple and blue, it's always between two opposite colors... Blue/orange, green/red and purple/yellow...

No, this would happen. Inverting is not switching the colors around, it's changing them to the opposite color, as given by the RGB value.

I believe he means invert the RGB values of the two colors using a photo manipulator. It would give you opposite colors. At least that's what I'm thinking. Or I'm over-thinking it, or cannot brain today.

You're right. Depends on how do they invert it, but it should be readable after.
