Read the article guys, it is actually pretty sensible, the headline totally ******* blows it out of proportions. as headlines tend to do. Its basically saying that if you agree to sex, but say, for example, a condom must be worn, and the guy just starts going at it anyway, it will be considered rape.

But what the article says is, a woman accused her husband of rape for not pulling out in time because she didn't want to get pregnant, which is stupid on so many levels...

Or you could say she didn't consent to sex without a condom which means the headline doesn't refer to that case.
