Best part is, he gets away with it. She signed a contract saying "at the artists own discretion" allowing him to draw the narnia scene however he thought it looked like.

yeah....contracts don't work that way. she would still be able to sue because he acted in bad faith and to uphold the contract would be unconscionable. not to mention that this was not what the parties bargained for. maybe if this were the 1800s that clause would do something, but this definitely doesn't protect him today.

So if you signed a contract giving consent to quote you, but they use your quotes in a way you dislike, you can sue them? No. The laws aren't made to keep individuals who regret **** happy. They're made to keep people safe.

you're making a false analogy. in contracts, if i agreed to build you a house, and in the contract you left a few minor details "to my descretion" i couldn't just build you whatever the **** i wanted. that wouldn't be what you bargained for. you wouldn't have to pay me and could sue me for consequential damages if i built a funhouse.

things that are a matter of taste, like art, are slightly different but not too much. if i asked you to draw my portrait and promised to pay you for it, i couldn't just not pay you because once it was finished i didn't like how i looked in it. but if you had agreed to paint my portrait and instead painted a kiebler elf ******* a unicorn, i wouldn't have to pay you simply because there was a clause in our contract that said "at artists discretion". the reason should be obvious. i asked for a portrait, i didn't get a portrait.

in the fake case above, she asks for a narnia scene and gets a pile of **** . the fake that the contract allows for an artists discretion applies to the narnia scene, not to making whatever he wanted. judges interpret contracts reasonably, and while this is a funny story, no judge on earth would let him get away with this if she decided to sue. because no judge would believe when she asked for a narnia scene she intended to get a tattoo of **** .

the judge disagrees with you, because he won the law suit

A) this story is fake, so no the judge didn't. [url deleted]
B) As I was explaining, if it were real the tattoo artist would never win the suit. I should know, I'm a lawyer.

provide the name of your firm, your name, your qualifications and your chosen division of legal justice.

if you can't do that, you're just some kid in grade 11 taking a law class trying to act cool online.

let's say i was a junior in high school, i'd still be right about the case. why would i give out my private information just to prove a point to some random person on the internet? next thing you'll be calling and asking for battletoads. nice try though.

They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking.
This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

Asians hide their mind reading abilities by a lot of them having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidently show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untaltative to avoid accidently saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.
