depends on how old he was. At least in Germany, having sex with a 17y/o when being 18 isn't prohibited.

And in this case, the "porn" served as evidence, so I think the court was ok with that.

Not sure about the law in the US though ._."

I have this roommate, he happens to be gay and a bro, there's this girl on campus who is always with him obviously wants his fag dick, one day get back to our room when she runs out crying, ask gaybro what happened, said she wanted to **** but told her he was gay, she didn't stop so he slapped her, and she ran. 20 min later cops at door wanting to arrest gaybro for raping bicth, I told them it was impossible because gay bro was gay. Cops leave and next day hear from one of her non-bitch acquaintances that she was arrested last night for some reason. tell gaybro we laugh, get drunk, play xbox.

If you weren't there, he would have been arrested. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. He would have been expelled, and would have very likely been sent to prison.

That's all it takes on a campus: one accusation.

Keep that in mind when you interact with females in day to day life. Some people are more equal than others, Orwell be damned.

#129 to #113 - John Cena (04/25/2013) [-]
Perhaps I'm not nearly as hateful or ignorant as you think.

You may learn someday. Maybe if you have kids. Maybe you'll have a son. Maybe that son will be the victim of a false accusation. Maybe when he's in prison you'll care. Maybe when you start protesting people will listen. Maybe your audience will just call you a hateful, ignorant person without actually taking the time to fact check.

Nah, I doubt it. People like you never listen and never learn.

"Words of hateful, ignorant "wisdom""

I sense no hate, and as for the ignorance part ive had conversations about this over facebook, and yes ********** were present and this is always my point, regret. sure there are legitimate rapes going on and thats not ok, but when a girl sleeps with a guy and she doesnt want people to know, "she was raped". In this case the girl actually wanted to have intercourse with this guy but, unfortunately for her, hes gay so she somehow found it necessary to throw rape out there, so who is really the hateful, ignorant one here? The guy whos life could be ruined due to a false accusation, or the girl who is regretful of an action, the girl who didnt get what she wanted?

ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!
They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

Asians hide their mind reading abilities by having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidently show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidently saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particlar looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.

PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE!!!!! THE WORLD NEEDS TO FIND THIS OUT!!!!!

I've been thinking about this... not a lot, as you might deduce from my comment, but some...
When a girl gets really drunk and sleeps with someone she wouldn't sober, it's rape.
When a guy gets really drunk and sleeps with someone he wouldn't sober, it's a joke in comedy films and shows, and if it happens in real life the guy wears it as a badge of shame and adheres to the fact it was ultimately his decision.
I have personally met both cases.
Are they both rape or none?
#243 to #213 - John Cena (04/25/2013) [-]
what data do you build that upon? A lot of my girlfriends (not loveinterests), have been sleeping drunk with random guys, some of them their weren't really proud of afterwards, but that doesn't mean they accuse those guys of rape. Why should girls be different from guys on this topic? They enjoy sex too, you know...
User avatar #246 to #243 - payseht (04/25/2013) [-]
I was talking about personal experiences, and the portrayal of it in the media when it comes to the male case.
#280 to #213 - John Cena (04/25/2013) [-]
If the person's intoxication is self-induced, it's their own fault who they choose to sleep with. If, however, they are drugged by someone else, without their knowledge and then have sex with the person that drugged them, I would consider that to be rape for both sexes.
User avatar #247 to #213 - candance (04/25/2013) [-]
Don't quote me bc im not positive but legally, if anyone has sex with someone who is intoxicated it's considered rape, if you want to press charges. For either sex. However, there is a social stigma behind it, and I was honestly just having this argument with my guy friends. They said that there's no way for a woman to rape a man, short of showing something up their ass, and any guy who claims rape is a pussy. I personally think that thinking is wrong, if someone says no and you do it anyway or you drug someone up so they cant say no, it's rape. idgaf what gender
User avatar #266 to #247 - garin (04/25/2013) [-]
Legally (in England anyway) Rape is "A Penis entering an orifice" so TECHNICALLY it is impossible for a woman to rape a dude, it is just some type of "grievous sexual assault" , I did law college level like three years ago so this info may not be spot on... But it is rape/sexual assault if at any point the "consent" is removed (even mid ******* ) and in the case of inebriation it is if the person is deemed unfit to make up their own mind (put fancier than that).

Sorry for the long message, hope that made things clearer.
User avatar #274 to #266 - candance (04/25/2013) [-]
That actually just changed in recent years in Canada. The definition is now inclusive to men also.
User avatar #250 to #247 - payseht (04/25/2013) [-]
Remember, or have you heard, of that case where a guy wanted to rob a store, I believe in Russia, and he was kidnapped and sexually abused for 3 days by the female store keeper after she tackled him?
Everybody was cheering for the rapist
User avatar #252 to #250 - candance (04/25/2013) [-]
Oh I know it happens, I am saying it shouldn't. And I don't think men should feel less manly for coming forward and pressing charges on their attackers, and the female rapists need to be charged just as severely as the male ones are, end of story.
User avatar #255 to #252 - payseht (04/25/2013) [-]
I know how things should be, I was simply giving an example of how things really are. Another case that happened here was a taxi driver being threatened at knife point to have sex with a client in her home and he locked himself in the next room while she was undressing and called the police.
He was a laughing stock because of it.

Side note: He said he didn't do it because he was happily married.
User avatar #221 to #213 - iamkagji (04/25/2013) [-]
Neither are rape. By drinking alcohol, you are saying "I accept the consequences of being an idiot and overindulging, no matter what they are." If you commit murder, crash your car, punch someone or steal something while drunk, you are still held accountable.

You can never put a woman on a lie detector test. Lie detectors set off based on changes in emotion. Anything the lie detector marks can be written off as "Oh, the poor baby angel is just distraught from the massive rape."

Could I use alcohol as an excuse to brush the blame of me? No, I had to accept that they were fully my responsibly and my mistakes. I've kissed fat, ugly munters when drunk (one time an old woman, don't ask) that I'd seriously regretted but those were my own mistakes to live with. As for the guy who slept with the drunk woman, he may be a sleazebag for taking advantage but he's not in anyway a rapist since it wasn't forced and the words of a woman who's drunk out of her own free will still counts as consent.

It's funny how everyone that complains about double standards revolving women never stops to think who created them. Hint: it wasn't women.
User avatar #395 to #386 - ScaredWhiteBoy (04/25/2013) [-]
Nope I've never raped a girl or been accused of raping a girl. I have in fact been in the situation where I was sober and drunk girls were coming onto me several times. I turned them down every time (except when my wife gets liquored up, then it's sexy time). I have the utmost respect for women, but hate the fact that double standards exist. I know women didn't create the double standards, they were created by bleeding heart apologetic men. Women often go out of their ways to perpetuate these double standards when it suits them. They cry abuse when these double standards don't suit them though. There is a double standard for the double standard (standardseption)

If you're forceful in a persistent way where you nag them 30 times over 'til they finally say 'yes' or if they spike their drinks, then yes! Otherwise, it's these sort of bitches who give the female population, feminism and even general rape victims a bad name.
User avatar #338 to #329 - toughactintinactin (04/25/2013) [-]
Well if you nag them until they say yes that's giving consent, but if you spike their drinks it's rape. If both parties are drunk there is no excuse, you were both intoxicated you both made the mistake. If a sober person picks up a drunk girl there might be a case for rape, but that's if she can somehow prove that he was malicious in his intent, and that he forced her and that she did not just drunkenly go with him.
#332 to #329 - John Cena (04/25/2013) [-]
No. If you are sober and you have sex with someone intoxicated, it's rape. Intoxicated people can't give consent. I know the teenage population of this website has a hard time understanding this simple concept.

This is one of the reasons that we need to learn to approach rape as a two person thing. If a girl feels violated after changing her mind, then we are in no position to say that those feelings are invalid - that does not however mean that the man raped her.

Because we approach rape as a single act, instead of two parts of a whole, we require that both the doer's actions and the victims perception of the events be equal but opposite, when that is unfair to both of them.

The **** storm this is producing world wide is making me very uncomfortable. It's like people have forgotten what the hell feminism is. And now men are getting hateful too.
Can someone please stop this?

That's a storm shirt. A shirt storm would a cloud raining shirts.

That was the original plan but I couldn't find anything suitable.

GIRLS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!
They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is absolute complete bollocks!!!!!

Girls hide their mind reading abilities by having completely expressionless faces covered in tons of make up and "beauty-surgery" so they don't accidently show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and girls segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Girls also segregate, and are babbling on about shoes to avoid accidently saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are fapping around girls, and look for girls who give people dirty/seductive looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.

PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE!!!!! THE WORLD NEEDS TO FIND THIS OUT!!!!!
