All those people making fun of the young mother's forehead, please, this is a serious medical condition.
During pregnancy the body undergoes many physical changes. As the foetus grows, nutrients like keraphilitose, usually used to produce eyebrows, is needed for the baby's development. This can lead to the undervelopment of eyebrows, or in radical cases, for them to recede back into the body during labour (in a process known as Woolford's chitinosmosis).
This poor girl must now go the rest of her life with internal eyebrows. So please, don't judge her. And if you are, or happen to know, any pregnant men or women, tell them about this serious condition.
