At my school gym everyday is leg day, and upper body day is just leg day with a set of pull-ups.

Interesting, I have leg day once a week. I usually lift 5 days a week and have 1 light cardio day to not cannibalize the gains but burn off fat. I used to be a gymnast so my legs are already in pretty good shape
