most people would think; what a kind man bringing them milk..
I'm thinking, there's just been explosions in your city and everything is on lockdown and you have nothing better to do than to degrade yourself as a police officer by getting milk for some brats who wanna have their fruit loops.
its not even like milk is necessary for survival.. like if he brought them blankets during a powerout during the middle of winter, that would be understandable.. but i think those people would have survived for a day without milk

Yes, there have been explosions, and Police are patrolling the city, but he most likely got it while patrolling.
Maybe he needed to go down by the store, and then when he came back up by the house, he gave it to the family.

the polices job is to protect & serve the people of there country even if that means that they have to get some milk.

No they only have to enforce the law. They are in by no means required to protect civilians. This was argued in the Supreme Court and that was their judgement.

No, their first priority is to protect the law
There secondary objectives are to serve the people.

Whether you like it or not this is true. Police legally don't have to do **** for citizens. This officer just happens to be a cool dude.

however they are not "servants" to the people of their country. it would be a waste of resources to have cops bring unnecessary items such as milk to homes

I agree, I don't think house calls for milk are in the job description. yeah you did a good thing, but you also just bent over and took it in the ass from some housewife and her brats who ran out of milk lol

It's not like they brought milk to every house in the neighborhood, maybe she had several kids or they were young.
