Why is everyone's panties in a bunch over a lockdown? I may not be american, but if the government told us a criminal was at large and that we should stay in our homes to make everything faster and safer, wouldn't that be a beneficial public directive?

It wasn't even a "lockdown".
It was highly suggested they stay indoors, it's not like they were shooting people for being outside.

because I bunch of keyboard warriors with the mindset of glenn beck and access to a 6th grade education thought the police rolling down the street in armored cars abd telling everyone to stay inside is a way for the goverment to controll us
