Not necessarily example Colonel pronounced: ''kur-nl''
Or cthulhu, which is a word made to be impossible to pronounced so you could pronounce it Peanut if you like, without being wrong.

true and false. Cthulu is pronounciable. ca-thu-lu, but the a is silent and th 'th' is like a z.

but 'Brfxxccxxmnpccccllllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb111' is pronounced barfixixcici etc...

Utterly wrong, H.P Lovecraft made the name Cthulhu to be impossible to pronounce, in other words there is no "correct" way to pronounce it.
And the creator of a word/name is the one choosing to pronounce it. So if you make up your own word, you choose how to pronounce it, it may not make sense to a lot of people but it is far from wrong.

I think they've failed. It can be pronounced just fine, without even putting an 'a' between the 'c' and the 'th'. The 'lhu' is more difficult if you're trying to actually pronounce the 'h', but still entirely possible to pronounce.

That's the issue, Albin is a noble name, which a non-noble family cannot use. TH=he family tried to get around this by using different spellings.

I think in the case of the name "@"
When I first heard the story, it said that if pronounced a certain way it sounds like an actual word in chinese... I think.

Just think about all the time it would take to fill out forms and documents, for example.

My name is misspelled so as to be different, and so I don't think they should ban oddly-spelled names. Just names that are going to get a kid bullied or outright ridiculous names.
