Original picture might have been in a bigger resolution, also compression.

He was giving OP the benefit of the doubt and going for best case scenario
If it did represent 461 frames, that would be 15.4 seconds of run time

Theatrical films tend to run at 24fps not 30.

Yeah. NTSC television runs at about 30.

I'm guessing that considering the length of the King's Cross scene in this picture, it's just the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in one barcode, but I still could be wrong O_o

It might be downsized, from a much larger picture that DID have one pixel per frame.

The Kings Cross scene isn't nearly long enough for it to be visible against the backdrop of every single scene in the entire movie series, though. There's no way in hell its bar would be that big. You probably wouldn't even be able to see it at all, or if you could, it'd be a hairline crack.

There's no way this is legit.

How can you tell which bar that is?

Because the OP said it was.

And because it's totally white.

The only part i can recognize is that little white bar on the right side...that must be Harry and Dumbledore at "King's Cross" (semi-afterlife/purgatory)
