trolling is something you do to piss people off
not trying to make people laugh.

Obey was founded as a sarcastic message to the populace who feed into the propaganda spread about the way we're supposed to be. It's ironic that swag-fags rock that ****, cause they're exactly the people it speaks about.

For all your OBEY fags out there that don't even know the history of it, please consider the following:

OBEY started out as an anti-propaganda movement by street artist Shepard Fairey. The face depicted in the OBEY prints are of wrestler Andre the Giant.
Anyway, I find it ironic that an anti-propaganda print turns into a fashion statement- cliques and all. Maybe Shepard wanted that. Maybe OBEYfags are just his guinea pigs in a worldwide social experiment... Or maybe he's a sell-out. The world may never know.
I like Shepard's work and I think he's greatly talented, but this whole OBEY craze is pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

Pic related; It's my favorite print of his.

It didn't start as a movement, it originally was an inside joke and turned into something more with meaning; Thus, becoming a movement. Other than that your statement is correct.

The first time I ever saw Obey was in Toney Hawk's American Wasteland, one of the greatest games in my childhood. I don't mind it, I know a "emo" kid in my school who wears Obey, and the history of it is actually really interesting.
