Nice description you degenerate.

Since when does riches have anything to do with being wealthy?
I don't think the Huns, Gauls, or Goths were very rich when they decided to bring the most powerful empire the world had known, to it's knees.

Also, since when does where you originate from decide how brave you are?

Next time. Hush.

Also, they weren't in multi-skyscraper debt to other groups or nations.

Except for the fact that I never said it didn't owe to itself.
But the U.S. owes over half of its immense debt to others, even with the fact that you've provided.
So my point still stands.

They really didn't bring the Romans to their knees. A mix of succession problems and political and social unrest weakened the internal structure of the empire.

No force on the planet could go toe to toe with the Romans, especially when it came to the protection of the peninsula.

Now fighting against the various tribes that inhabited whats now France, is a different story all-together.

Augustus knew one thing that leaders today can learn from, A peoples divided is doomed to fail. That's why he did so much to unite the Roman people under one banner.

Yeah so debt basically has no consequence... Most debt is held by citizens in the form of bonds... So our debt is also an asset. The only consequence is that money used to pay back our debt to foreign countries could have been used for other services. This is in an Macroeconomics course

It's because we have had female Treasurers since the 40's. Give a woman a credit card right?
