In Camp Casey, S Korea, and I absolutely freakin' love it when I see N. Korea jokes on here. Thanks for making a soldier laugh, man.

I've heard north koreans are dicks to south korean soldiers
like they won't reply to requests and stuff
and that north koreans always have another soldier looking at them so if they move they'll be shot
i saw it on a documentary but i still want to know, is that true?

Nah, they wouldn't be shot or anything, they might write it down that the guy moved, but it's essentially a conflict free zone. Keep in mind, no matter how long you stay there, you can't stay at attention for freakin' 24 hours. You've gotta be relieved at some time. I've seen the DMZ, and they got some bulky Koreans on either side, but there's no real conflict there. However, in regards to responding to requests, the N. Koreans stopped letting a group of south Korean workers into N Korea to work together on some **** , and evidently it's really offensive to the US and S Korea. The N. Koreans are just rattling the sabre, since Kim Jong Un is trying to establish himself as the, "Tough Guy," his father was.

What's funny though, is sometimes when you look through a pair of binoculars at N Korea, you'll find some cunt looking back at you, and you can flip him off, and he'll flip you off and you can just stay like that, flipping each other off for hours.
