Or I actually know English. Valve is a singular noun referring to multiple people, therefore "has." Even if "are" is ok to use, I've never seen that grammar used, ever.

That's actually correct.

If you replace 'Valve' with 'they', which is 100% okay to do, the sentence reads, "They have...."

Since Valve isn't one person 'have' is grammatically correct.
