When i think of a zombie apocalypse, I don't think of the types of zombies from Walking

Dead; or other lore where they say they can only be killed with a headshot. Instead I think

of movies like Quarantine, or 28 Days Later. These movies have "infected" people

rather than than traditional zombies. the Infected: starve, drown, feel pain, and think. I

find a "conscious altering" virus to be a more feasible concept than just a virus that turns

you into a near invincible killing machine.

They never revealed what causes the undead in Walking Dead.

Don't get me wrong. i love the show! I'm obsessed with Zombie movies, and strategies.

And i assume that what causes the undead is some type of virus. But the type of zombie
in the show seems illogical to me .
(i know logic isn't the first thing that comes to mind when talking Zombies)

I just wish they had gone with a different style of zombie. Ones that would starve or drown or could be killed by causing trauma to the core part of the body.

And thank you for the comment :)

Same here. Those would be way harder to fight, but are a definite possibility.

I think if someone were to bioengineer a virus, those would be the resulting types of zombies. (28 days later, I Am Legend)
(i know they were vampires in I Am Legend, but i still put them in the same category)

Not the Walking Dead, and Max Brooks varient

Thank you for your response, it's nice to know other people think about these things.

I'm bored a lot. I think about things that really don't matter and find ways that they can happen or be fixed/improved. Zombies happen to be one of the thing I thought about.

Huh. A logical thinker.

You realize you people are hard to come-by nowadays?

Nice trips on that last comment by the way

Huh. I didn't even notice the trips.

Yeah, I'm a logical thinker. I can explain everything I think and do as well as create ironclad arguments(as long as the other person isn't an idiot, that is. Idiots are hard to argue with). I also get very angry when people can't justify their actions or opinions. For an opinion to actually be an opinion, you have to have a certain logical path. If you don't have that logical path, then what you have is a fallacy, which should therefore be disregarded in it's entirety. If you can't tell, I don't get along with most people. It really sucks.
