The door could be so heavy that the choked flow is not enough to close the door once open. Provided the tank isn't pressurized (I don't know why it would be), then the weight of the water would be negligible in opening the door initially. Meaning, if the fish were strong enough to get the door open in the first place, the water wouldn't do ****.
