Round isn't a shape, a circle or an oval is a shape.

I was actually referring to the Buddha icons, which is a symbol of the Great Ultimate which is sort of like a god for Buddhists who recognize the Great Ultimate's manifestation into many different forms and religions (Jesus, for example, could be counted as a Buddha).

I don't want to get muscular because then I'll become unfeminine and we can't have that.

You can't expect everyone to want the "I lift" shaped body.
Most people care much more about their behaviour, personality, and hobbies than they do about getting a fit body.

You really have to realise that the muscular body type is not necessarily what everyone considers the best.
I'm a musician, i have a slim non muscular body, and i really couldn't care less about building muscle, as it would add absolutely nothing to my personality or my skills as a musician.
Instead, i spend my time playing music and with the people i care about.

Some people cant comprehend the fact that a person do not want a muscular body.

The only thing that pisses me off is that my dick didn't grow from the last 13kg/~25lbs I've lost.

Well, to be fair, I still weigh 110kg/~220lbs, but still.

That aside, I can't seem to lose anymore weight. It's wicked. I have a daily routine (10 crunchs, 10 situps, 10 Pushups as 1 set and repeat that set 3 times), I eat 3 times/day and am careful not to eat any carb for dinner, but I still can't seem to lose any weight.
My doc found out that I have hypothyroidism and gave me medicaments, but they didn't help either, to be honest.

if you are serious about losing weight you need to exercise much more than that a day.

What you're doing is equivalent to a warm-up, really.

Pretty simple really, food is ******* delicious and exercise is ******* tedious.

I actually used to quite enjoy weight lifting in High School when I didn't have to pay for a membership to enjoy the sweaty equipment and judgmental looks of others.

Also I'm going to point a pudgy finger in the direction of this ************.

Lack of discipline, to be honest. I usually get home from a night-shift job and am too tired to do anything but sleep, and when I'm not, I'd rather be social or productive by ways of paying bills or cleaning than go to the gym.

Hmmm how the fact that I'm comfortable with my own body shape, I don't particularly enjoy lifting and the only thing that would possibly motivate me to attain that sort of body is if it absolutely guaranteed me my own harem of bitches or get laid at least.

I know guys with buff bodies (actual gym junkies) who still partially struggle with girls. This was my body back then when I used to work out; I know it's not perfect but it's at least better than the average person's body. To be honest, my body's built more for running than it is for muscle gaining/weightlifting so even if my muscles aren't that impressive, I'm still able to run 10 miles (that should at least count for something). On nightouts, I even had girls who came up to me telling me that I had a fit, toned, artistic body but when I tried sexually advancing towards them, they got turned off. I've pulled a lot more girls in my fat/chubby state than I had in my toned/muscular state. Girls don't go for looks predominately. These bodybuilder models probably get girls due to their confidence a lot more than their looks.

You shoulda done more flys, less curls, shrugs and squatted more.
You look like a curlbro.

And obviously confidence is the major component in it, but there's never a excuse to be a lardo. It's a crime against your own body. I posted a picture of myself above, and I've never had any issue with women. You have to realize they aren't people, they're women, ad treat them as such.
They can feel no true empathy, unless it's for themselves. Being so selfish, you have to realize that they care not for you, but for the best mate they can possibly land, and if you're not it, then sorry pal. So yeah, no excuses to be fat in my book. Chubby is ok, I guess, but it shows a alack of discipline.

I'm too lazy for leg workouts to be honest. Though I mainly used weights for my arms, I still worked on other body parts through press ups, crunches, leg raises and pull ups. Don't get me wrong, I have a raging hate against fat people and obesity where having a slow metabolism is NOT an excuse. I was just merely stating if it's truly worth having an ideal body for me personally (and maybe others). Well with females, it's human nature at the end of the day on how they scout for the best mate. If the Selfish Gene has taught me anything, you have to adapt to nature instead of bitching about it. That's why I'm getting back into the working out routine since every little helps afterall.
