I like it how that kid liked his own status.

I really find it funny how people automatically assume I'm a swagfag like that just because I was born in '96. Most of my childhood was about the same thing as all of you guys (except for a few american T.V. shows that didn't air in Qu├ębec). I consider myself as a 90's kid, because all I can remember of my childhood is pretty much the same thing I always see on this website. I knew the same games, the same music, the same T.V. shows, the same toys, etc. And why am I not a 90's kid? Because people here decided that if I was born just a few years later, I was an immature YOLO SWAG prick. Good way of showing how mature you are.

You're not automatically a swagfag when you're '96, whoever thinks that is just a ******* retard.

This guys is a dumbass. I would say that 1994 or 1995 is a good cutoff age.

I'm '94 but I don't really count myself as a true 90's kid, you had to be born in like 89 to fully and consciously experience the 90's

94 here. He is actually a 90s kid, just because he doesn't remember it doesn't mean he is not a 90s kid. Although I do agree people born in 96 onwards tend to try and glorify them selves more. No idea why though

I'm going to put this bluntly, you are wrong. I was born in 92, even I'm not a true 90's kid, the term 90's kid is not about the year you were born, it's when the majority of your childhood was 90-99. I believe the childhood starts as you stop being a toddler, as you start to understand what is going on around you better.

to be a nineties kid you had to be born 87 or before. latest

Born 1952 --> 90's kid, according to you.
User avatar #48 - pavwo (03/19/2013) [-]
I was born in '95, and I don't think of myself as 90s kid per se. I think people born in '87 or '88 can call themselves'90s kids

November '92 here
I don't really remember much from when I was little other than Earthworm Jim, Freakazoid, Animaniacs, and SEGA and SNES games.
Those times were best times, though

definitely something to be proud of and get mad about

90s were great. stop living in the past and look towards the future.

January '92 here. I still remember those big brick gameboys.

And the Pokemon commercial where they were all put into a trash compressor and turned into a game.

Do you want to know if you're a 90's kid? If you remember ANYTHING from the actual 90's, bingo. I was born in 93 and I remember when I was about 4yo, dad was watching the news about princess Di's accident and I turn to my mom dumbfounded "Pwincesses awe WEAL?!"
User avatar #27 - trollgiggity (03/18/2013) [-]
I was born in early '96 and I can still relate to everything that a "proper" 90's kid can.

96 for me, but I always grew up with gameboys and tomagatchi's and things like that. We had an NES and an atari too. I watched all the old shows.

But because I was born at that time, I'm suddenly a prick who thinks swag is a way of life. Pisses me off.

does 93 count?

I never like looking at these pictures on FunnyJunk. "A few seconds ago", typically ruins it for me and 80% of the time I am not nearly as mad as OP seems to be. OP, clean out your facebook, then you won't have to be friends with "SwagFags".
