Someone got some more info on the A-Bomb in the sea. looks like a whole lot of ships there.

Test at Bikini Atoll. It was to determine the effect of a nuclear bomb utilized at sea and how effective it could be against a fleet. All ships used in the test were decommisioned. The experiment yielded that bombs had little effect to ships not proximal to the direct channel of water. the majority of damage to other ships were due to ice chunks that had reached the upper atmosphere due to the explosion, which rained down as hail the size of mini-vans. I believe only two ships sunk due to damages sustained during and after the explosion.

overall it is my favorite nuclear test ever conducted.
