I've never understood the concept of someone being "fake". Like someone who enjoys popular things is "fake" because they don't deviate from everyone else enough. Can someone explain?

Fake in my opinion is trying to pose as something while they aren't close to being it.

But wouldn't that just make you wrong? It's like "I'm a really quiet, shy person." "No, you never shut the **** up." Instead of wrong, we have to use "fake" as an extra label to get back at them?

Yes but people use the word fake instead of wrong. Would that also count as being a hypocrite?

Yeah. So why call it "fake" when there are two other words to describe it?

Perhaps people that do things they don't like or that are not related to their personality just to be likely and accepted by others.

Like... needy people, people that act cute to be liked (look at the pic a few before with the jap girl acting cute after cutting the wood - yeah, come at me, negative thumbs) or maybe even loud people acting funny when they're the most lame people ever(this people get still a lot of followers because they SEEM to have charisma, so beta people will follow always)

Hm... Well I understand what you mean at least. Only thing is it's hard to really prove that someone is fake in this regard... Thanks for filling me in anyway!
