You got to be careful. From what I remember, if you are not physically fat and eat a **** tonne, the fat wraps around the organs causing them to break down early. Something like that. Watched the documentary about a year ago...
Or it could just be bollocks I dreamt up.

Thats a pretty scary story. Although I don't just eat fatty foods, I eat a lot of healthy stuff. But the fatty foods to healthy foods ratio is quite bad.

You should be careful. My dad used to do the same and when he reached 30-35, he started to gain weight and now he's overweighted.

However, it's better than my case: I barely eat (once a day or twice) and try to walk, at least, 40 mins a day and I'm kind of fat.
