Yes, because capitalism is the one that taxes people (kind of like stealing) and shares all the wealth nearly equally. Socialism is the one with the free market.

(By the way I'm being sarcastic.)

Well the fact that my post only had anything to do with the economy, and it is obviously against over taxing, I don't see where you decided I was a liberal.

I am not sure it is implying if he states it directly...then it is just kind of stating it.

What I saw when you went "son, are you high"

(excluding away the fact that Ron hates taxes and the goverment, but out of context)

Some taxes are necessary, and only fair because the government supplies protection, we supply products and money. In a socialist state, the government takes nearly all of it, and redistributes it evenly, and more often then not, it keeps more then it gives back.

Ignoring the fact that during the 50's-60's (during one of the arguably strongest periods in our nation's economy) the rich ate a 91% tax rate which funded the interstate and national highway programs, NASA, the military, schools, police, EMTs, hospitals, fire departments, ect. The high tax rate also influenced the rich into investing the majority of their wealth (due to the slightly lower tax on invested income) which kept the money flowing through out the economy, instead of sitting in bank accounts like it does today, which kept job creation high, kept the engine of the economy (the middle and lower class, who despite having only as low as 40% of the nation's wealth spend more than triple the upper class) strong and employed which allowed the middle class to do things like purchasing a car every two or three years, thus further empowering and employing said middle class and putting money in their pockets.

Yeah, lets go with taxation becoming Socialist when it's used to provide for the common good. Because history has totally proven that right._ here's hoping you got that I was being sarcastic right there.
